events and other items of interest to Southern Gospel fans in the Rocky Mountain region. We are working on our email list

The 18th annual Rocky Mountain Quartet Convention
is history. A good time was had by all, some saying it was the best one yet! Although there were many outstanding moments
and groups, one person deserves special mention, Mr. Brian Lester of The Lesters! Brian can transform any singing event from
ordinary into extraordinary! He is the first to say, "It's all about Jesus!" Brian served for several years as MC
of the National Quartet Convention and is considered one of the best. Brian said, "This marked our 10th year to be at
the RMQC, and every year it has grown, not only in numbers, but the Spirit of the Lord has touched many lives through the
music and message".
There was a good crowd on Friday night and a full house on Saturday evening. Saturday
afternoon's Hymn Sing with Paul and Marjorie Ferrin was well attended also. John Wesley, Fannie Crosby and Martin Luther all
made powerful contributions as Paul used his amazing gift at the grand piano to take the people on a colorful and worshipful
musical journey.
Now, we at the RMQC wish to continue with our vision of providing you with announcements of Gospel
Music Events. Also, this is a good place to publish inspirational articles, post your comments and be a source of thought
provoking quotations.

much as we can within commonly accepted guidelines. Very simply put, that would be things related to Gospel Music and that
are encouraging and uplifting.
